Depends on the type of bike, (street/cruiser vs sport), age, experiance, and options. Also if you have taken a motorcycle safety course.

I have a 2011 Harley Street Glide, Est cost $25,200.00 my annual insurance is $265. My age is 42, riding 23 years with MSF course.

My neighbor has a 2011 Honda CBR 1000RR, Est cost $15,000.00 and he is paying $880 a year. He is 38, riding 17 years without MSF course.

You can usually get a policy for around 500 dollars a year. Value of the bike, power of the cycle and many other factors will cause the rate to vary.
