I think Japan
Normally, you should be in 7th or 8th grade if you're 13. Most kids have their 13th birthday sometime during their 7th grade year and then they begin 8th grade at 13 as well. There are some states that might allow some 13-year-olds to be in 9th grade. For example, MOST states say that you have to be 5 by September 1st to be able to start kindergarten, but a few states have a later date set, allowing some 4-year-olds to start. So if you start kindergarten at 4, that means you'll still be 13 when you're entering 9th grade. You'd just have to be 14 by whatever the cutoff date is.
In the United States, most 10 year olds are either in 4th or 5th grade.
it means like that 3rd grade isi for 5-7 year olds

These high grade shotguns were made in Japan by Miroku in the year 1993.There were only 850 made.
the average 14 year old should be in grade 9 or 10 if they skipped any elementary classes
9 year olds are usually in 3rd or 4th grade (since normally you turn 9 sometime during 3rd grade or the summer after it, and then are 9 when you begin 4th grade).
