I am not quite sure what you mean by your question (please try to make them clearer).

However if someone is described as a 'westerner' then it would imply that their life outlook, values, ethos, beliefs and cultural heritage would be based on that which developed in Europe and Great Britain in the 19th and 20th centuries. Since then 'western values' have also flourished in the US and Canada and Australia and they continue to spread.

In saying this it must be understood that a 'westerner' would respect and delight in the experience of other cultural flowerings which is why westerners love to travel.
