Im from Kuwait, it looks normal, i mean it has amusment parks and what not, great hotels, nice channels, i think it would be a great experience coming here in this peaceful city, great restaraunts like Johnny Rockets, Baskin Robbins, mcdonalds, Starbucks and what not, schools are great here too, theres Scientific center (theres an aquarium too) and 360 mall (amazing rides) and alot more too.
