According to the world factbook on the CIA website the natural resources of Pakistan are:

"Land, extensive natural gas reserves, limited petroleum, poor quality coal, iron ore, copper, salt, limestone."

Their main Natural Resources are their mineral deposits which consist of gypsum, limestone, chromites, iron ore, rock salt, silver, precious stones, gems, marbles, tiles, sulfur, fire clay, and silica sand. (most notably the rock salt.)

Gold/copper ore deposits as well.

And lastly their natural gas reserves.

There are many. Pakistan is rich in mineral resources (Coal, Chromite, Iron, Copper, Salt, China Clay and many others). Other Resources include water resources.
