London is the biggest city in southern England and in the UK. Other big cities in the south are Bristol, Portsmouth, Southampton, Brighton, Oxford, Cambridge and Norwich

followed by Birmingham , Glasgow, Liverpool and Leeds.

However if you were to take the whole of Greater Manchester it is bigger than Glasgow.
