China is a huge economy, the second biggest in the world, having recently surpassed Japan. In fact, some economic boffins suggest that China may overtake the US by 2030. Of course to become the second largest global economy China has to manufacture and ship a great deal of products, and it does. China makes cars, computers, clothing, furniture, electronics, among a long long list of products. China is a low-labour-cost economy, and therefore the best value typically comes from products that have a high percentage of manual input. In short, China probably manufactures pretty much anything you can buy in any other part of the world, and if the're not making some product right now, they probably will be making it soon.
