An elderly man and a boy were standing in a puddle when a electrical cable fell and electrocuted them both and died from the accident.Aside from this buses and cars were losing control and crashing.100 acres of cottonfields and livestock farms were affected as well. * Strong winds and massive rains cause major boat accident. March 3, 2008 4:15 p.m. 50 were killed. The Santa Elena was carrying passengers & cargo when it completely flipped over in the Tapiche River on a Thursday. 19 children from newborns to 12 year olds were killed. only 8 were found. 100 passengers were on it while happened. Several bdies were found downstream. A family of 4 was found alive beneath the overturned hull 20 hours after.
