Can you be 15 and a half years old and get your license with appex in Canada?

Not sure what you mean by "appex", but here goes...I am assuming you mean a driver's licence? I am a resident of Manitoba, Canada. Here we have the graduated licence system for beginning drivers. You may begin driving with a learner's permit at the age of 15.5 years if you are part of a high school's driver education program (16 if you are not). You must then drive for 9 months with a person who has held a valid licence for at least three years in the vehicle with you. After this, you may take your roadtest for your full licence. It is probationary with conditions for a few years, ie. zero tolerance for alcohol, etc. I hopr this is what you were looking for...dave
