5. Take I-40 EAST to I-81 NORTH to BRISTOL at EXIT 421.
6. Take I-81 NORTH to I-26 WEST/U.S. 23 NORTH to KINGSPORT at EXIT 57B.
7. Take I-26/U.S. 23 to Kingsport.
