The Russian Protestant church does not recognize the practice of Easter eggs, rabbits, or any of the other pagan roots to the time of celebration. They focus on the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Believers sing hymns and praise the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.
Not for an Orthodox Jew.

In my experience with Apostolic Pentecostals, there is no dietary practices or beliefs that are peculiar to the denomination or church group. Abstention from alcoholic drinks is really the only thing that I know of, and that is just because the Bible teaches us that drunkenness is not pleasing to God, and that it leads to recklessness and further sin.
Of course. Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) are expected to follow a heath code called the "Word of Wisdom" which prohibits addictive substances (alcohol, tobacco, coffee, etc) and encourages more whole grains and less meat. There is no restriction as to what foods can be mixed or how they should be cooked. Although eating eggs and fish together sounds disgusting, there is no religious reason for not eating them together.
Jim Crow liked men and chicken. It restricted Black People from eating any more chicken. That was the restriction.
I'm Russian and I've never heard of Russian's eating cats. I have heard of some Asian cultures that cook up cat meat, but never Russians.
There is no definitive evidence that there is any particular restriction on the eating requirements of a person that suffers from RA aside from the normal healthy dietary requirements.
Eating, drinking and being merry, just like the good book (the bible intended).
not at all. fasting is restriction of food, while bulimia is an eating disorder characterized by binge/purge episodes. that means eating a high amount of calories in a short amount of time, then unnaturally releasing it from your body, either by induced vomiting or abusing laxatives.
