yes
Yes it got rid of the plague
Only 6 death were recorded as being the result of the great fire of London. I has to be kept in mind however that no records of the death's of lower and middle class people were kept in those days. and that the ferocity of the fire would have completely consumed any one caught in it.
Many took to their boats if they had any, and watched from the safety of the Thames as the city was ravaged by the flames. However, a great deal of people had already fled the city from The Great Plague which still had not left yet, but would do so shortly after the fire ended.
Yes, eyewitnesses.
In the distant past the city of London had a horrific fire destroy much of the city. I believe this might be referred to as the "monument fire". But in any case London was rebuilt. In 1940, London was the victim of German warplanes dropping bombs on the city. The city was rebuilt.

It's because the great fire of London happened there so that's why they call it the big smoke! thx
St Pauls Cathedral was designed by Sir Christopher Wren. Whether he actually did any physical work on the building is another matter.
Many diffrent things were done to attempt to fight the Great Fire, but the only method that really had any effect at all was to tear down buildings so that the fire couldn't spread further, effectively creating firebreaks, and then let the fire burn itself out, and die due to lack of further fuel.
