Hello, yes Kratom is legal in China.
Yes, at this moment in time it is legal and should be kept that way. Please be sure to understand that Kratom is not a legal high and any vendors portraying it as such are destroying something good. Buy from vendors like Kratom Wellness and the ilk that are seeking to preserve this wonderful treasure.
I don't have an answer to this question but I would also like to know if is legal to bring Kava root in to the country? I hear that it has been made illegal in England but there is a movement to have this overturned. Wondering if it has been included in the recent 'Head Shop' legislation ***Turns out it is illegal and has been for a number of years - girl in health shop who told me said it was a shame. U never know might be legalised under regulation at some stage.
Kratom is heavily promoted as a legal, undetectable, safe drug that can be used to come off stronger drugs. It is not yet illegal in the US but the breakdown products of kratom can be detected with some drug tests. If you want a test for that you would need to ask for it.
All-natural Kratom does not show up on a drug test unless someone is specifically testing for the alkaloids that are contained with it. As far as anyone knows, not a single entity is currently doing this at this point in time. Therefore, Kratom does not share anything in common with anything else that might be tested for under 99.9999% of all circumstances. However, it is advisable that you stick with Kratom that has not been adulterated by other garbage and can be guaranteed to be all-natural, from vendors such as Kratom Wellness and the others. Whatever you do, never buy extracts, tinctures, or other ridiculous stuff!!
Yes Kratom is legal in india. Though, not available OTC but you may order it online and the delivery is safe. The effects are nowhere near an opiate but however it does help get off opiates and can prove to be a temporary remedy for the addicts with limited or no supply of their regular opiate. The kratom is not checked at the customs too as the order package is named as "incense" and moreover as it is a useful product to get off opium the government is not so against the use. The addiction is very rare.
At this time, it appears Kratom is legal in Missouri. The U.S. Food & Drug Administration has issued Import Alerts to keep Kratom from entering the country. Various states have either banned or have substantially regulated the substance including Indiana, Tennessee, Illinois, Wisconsin, Alabama and Louisiana. The number of states joining that list is growing. It is also banned or highly regulated in many countries including (but not limited to) Malaysia, Myanmar, Australia, Denmark, Finland, Thailand, Lithuania, New Zealand, Norway and Sweden. That number continues to grow, too.

Kratom is my favorite. There are plenty more, and ones that in my opinion are mush better than spice gold. I have an entire blog about legal highs that work (its actually called that). http://legal-highs-that-work.blogspot.com/
I get my kratom from Pharmakeia. They have lab tested kratom and post their results on the website. I've tried a few of their options, such as Red Maeng Da and White Borneo. Prices are cheap and shipping arrived faster than I was quoted. Overall good experience.
It is a concentrated form of kratom powder. The extract starts out as the powder and is boiled creating a tea like substance. The process of making kratom extract makes the dosage far more potent than the regular powder form. This liquid form of kratom extract is typically purchased and used for pain relief or to reduce symptoms of anxiety but should not be overused as it can lead to addiction.
No. Kratom when taken with metformin may lead to alife-threatening condition called lactic acidosis
