No. China is still powerful because of their population numbers and is desperate because they are starving so they are very dangerous. Russia has a crazy leader and will do anything for power and are using their strengths to their full extent. The USA would have a more powerful military if we were not in the terrible state we are in now.
usa is i would have to say, because we have a huge military and air force. Man power does not mean anything anymore, only technology. The only way China could win is with their huge industrial factories that can produce quickly but not with quality. Thats why when you buy cars imported from China they fall apart in 2 years. Anyways China needs the USA, for our money of course. More then likely it will never happen, unless the USA changes.
China should have been devastated by Japan during the 1930's... if the U.S.A refused to give aid to the Chinese people, then they should have been pulverized.
