The low would probably be around 40-55 in May and 60-70 in June. The high in May would be in the mid 60's to lower 70's in early May, and mid 70's to lower 80's in May. In June, the highs would be anywhere from the upper 70's to the lower 90's. (yes, nineties). Although, It really depends on what part of the state you go to. The north will probably be much colder, but the Twin Cities or Rochester will be much warmer.
