"yes it is cold year round because polar bears and penguines live there"
First off Penguins live in the Southern Hemisphere, so the earlier statement above is not true. Second off it depends on where you live in Alaska, Alaska is a very large state. If you live above the Arctic Circle chances are it will always be cold. But if you live in places below you can get warm temperatures. In Fairbanks during the summers they have forest fires because of the heat, which can reach 100 degrees Fahrenheit. But their winters can reach negative 30 easily as well. Anchorage has much milder summers with less sun and less extreme winters. Also polar bears only live above the Arctic Circle where it is always cold for them. Now all this you have to remember does depend on your definition of cold.
No , Alaska will be a little warm .
Alaska has many tourist spots. Skiing is a popular thing in Alaska, and maybe ice fishing, or just the scenery. Mountain climbers could also go to Alaska. Many people like the cold, because of the activities. You would normally think, oh, what does Alaska have, it's just cold, but really, they have some awesome tourist spots! And the views are unbelievable!
Obviously hot in Florida and cold in Alaska.
