Yes, but the creditor would have to sue in the debtor's state court in the county where the debtor resides and if awarded a judgment execute the writ under the laws of Massachusetts not Oklahoma. If the judgment creditor already holds a writ of judgment in Oklahoma they can file it as an abstract judgment against the debtor's real property without the necessity of court procedure.
Yes, if there is still an amount owed.
The state of Massachusetts protects public employee pensions from being garnished, however, you can still find yourself unprotected. The state doesn't protect the disbursements from retirement accounts such as 401k(s) and IRAs.
When my car was rep'd, The finance company went to court and garnished my pay check for what I still owed on the car after they sold it at auction. This was in Kansas 10 years ago.
if my wages are being garnished can they still take my income tax check?
yes
No
In Massachusetts the legal age is 17 with parent consent and a minor work-permit available through your local courthouse. After that you will still have to go through all the usuall paper work to get permitted to work as a repossesion agent, and of course finding a company at which to apply.
About the same. Don't make your payments and they will come get it. Then you still owe the difference as stated on the contract.
not possible. sorry
