THe Lyndon Baines Johnson Medical Center is the only hospitcal in American Samoa. It was opened in 1968 when LBJ was President. I do not think he did much to build it.

Samoa is geographically in the Southern and Western Hemispheres. However, politically, Samoa is a part of the Eastern Hemisphere as it has recently announced that it now considers itself west of the IDL. Samoa is a part of Australia & Oceania.
