The value would depend on the age and the condition. The most common issue is dated 1941. A 5 Yuan note in mint uncirculated condition is worth $15. A crisp circulated one, only $1.50. Earlier issues, from 1935 to 1940, are worth considerably more.

The ones dated 1941-1943 are all common and worth around 10 cents each on average. Copper wheat pennies (following the '43 steel cent) are typically worth around 5 cents. Then 1959-1974 are worth 2 cents for the copper.
No U.S. one dollar coins are dated 1941.
The stamp itself is virtually worthless, but the postcard might be worth something. Many people collect postcards.
