A dorm-like apartment in a poorer part of town will be around 600-800 dollars a month I think.

Other than that, it varies. A lot!
I did a quick check, un-furnished, two bedrooms, one small bathroom and hall way and an open kitchen/dining/living room area (in total: 50m²), in Grunerløkka, Oslo - 2000 dollars a month.
