The answer is none. The London Dungeons is the name given to a tourist attraction in Tooley Street in London.

It's a stage set which aims to make you feel as if you are in a medieval dungeon.

If you mean the dungeons at the Tower of London, nobody really knows for sure (There are some records but they are not complete), but perhaps the most famous was Mary Queen of Scots. She was beheaded in the grounds of the Tower in 1587.
