With no native or permanent population, there is no population considered homeless on the Antarctic continent.

Every person who lives and works there temporarily does so after being qualified, screened and hired by the government that supports the research station where the person is assigned.

None. Only researchers and staff stationed there are permitted in Antarctica. In the winter months, without shelter your life expectancy would be measured in minutes.
