I think you mean transportation.

China has cars, but they are different than many ones you would see and are not very common.

As for public transportation, I am pretty sure in many places, especially crowded areas like Beijing, they do have transportation. I am unsure of what type. Subways, trains? Maybe. Busses? I am pretty sure. Taxis? I think so!
