the lebanese translation of love is حالة حبّ. the closest translation i could find was 'hobbi' which is i like you in arabic to pronounce it, it sounds like (pe-heb-uck) for a guy and (pe-heb-eek) for a girl.
________
Answer: : -Love as a noun is Hob (hard H) : - I am in love: ana waeaa bil Hob : - i love you: ana bhibbak :
The Lebanese Arabic accent is a very common one since a large percentage of Lebanese natives live abroad.. It's also one of the sexiest Arabic accents (in my opinion).. I will tell you two ways of telling someone you love them:
To a female:
"I love you": Bhebbek (B.heb.bek) the 'h' is more like the sound when you clear your throat
or "You are my life": Ente Hayate (En.te' Haya.te') the 'h' sound like the one before.. and the 'e' at the end of each word is not silent, it's more like a soft 'ea'
I hope that helps.. btw I'm not Lebanese but I'm very familiar with their accent ;)
In Lebanon or in Arabic, you say I love you like this: For a guy (masculin): Ana behebak For a girl (feminin): Ana behebik (Ana= I and behebak or behebik=love you)
To say "life" in Arabic you say HAYAT.
you say '' mar7aba'' :) yes im lebanese :)
You say : Do you have a life ? And smile or if youre texting put a :) or ;).
Tesbah ala khear and if you're talking to a female say tesbahy al khear
kaleb is dog in lebanese this is how u say it (kaa-leeb)
Congratulations in Lebanese is said as "mabrouk".
you say Salam
To say "peace be with you" in Lebanese Arabic, you would say "السلام عليك" (pronounced: assalamu alayk).
