NJ is very stubborn about medical marijuana. If you're a patient, talk to your doctor about becoming a self provider. If you're just a person who wants to grow marijuan, the answer will be no.
It depends on what kind of license you have. There is a license to smoke marijuana and own it, and there is a completely different license to have seeds and grow them. If you are eligible for a smoking license then you should be able to get a growers license as well, but it's a whole new process and they will test you all over again to be sure your need for marijuana is realistic. for more questions email me at Audrie.C.7@gmail.com
New Jersey's governors license plate is 0001000
Marijuana is not a indigenous plant to New Jersey. I live in New Jersey and have found plenty of plants growing in the woods. If you were to throw seeds down and they grew and pollinated the females they would come back the next year. So by all means lets fill the garden states woods with wonders!

Yes, by law, you are required to have a front license plate in the state of New Jersey.
$24.00 for a regular license.
Not likely. If you have a pending matter in Jersey, then you should bust a move and get your new license in another state BEFORE the Jersey court enters the suspension order.
