How did Afghanistan's government take power?

That is not truth because democracy was never in Afghanistan and will never be and even now it is not democracy because foreign troops took power. The Afghan government don't have a power and will never have because every civilin in Afghanistan like Taliban more then foreign troops.Without troops foreign troops there is no Afghan troops and will never be.Don't you read news everyday over 10 suicide bombs blast on foreign troops and ANA (Afghan national army). Taliban sucrifice there lives to save there country
