What we are doing though is:
Enforce a captive breeding program
Ban poaching
Ban hunting
However, there is still much more people can do.Hope that they stop the hunting on them in till they are released from the endangers list i do not go agents hunting unless they are on the endangers list but what annoys me is that sertant people only care about the carnivores and some herbivores and not the chickens yes that's right some chickens are on the verge of extinction
In the world there are many endangered species, such as the Siberian Tiger . To help the Siberian Tiger more laws need to be created against using tiger parts for Tradtional Chinese Medicines. One more thing is that it's habitat needs to be protected from poaching. Consrtuction of new roads need to be prevented from previously remote areas. These constructions need to be preventted because, they give poachers complete access to poach at previously remote areas. Another way we can help prevent the endangerment of Siberian Tigers is by putting a halt to poaching. If we advise people not to buy tiger furs, tiger parts, or any other tiger products, that will decrease the sales of tiger products, and the sales of a tiger. A Siberian Tiger alone is worth $50k in the international/black market. If people are not purchasing tiger products, the poachers will need to cut down on invetory, which in this case is the tiger. If we establish new breeding camps. That will help their recent numbers become increases which are stable at 350-450. By: Gr.6 Deep 09
I am happy to report that Siberian tigers are not extinct. Unfortunately, they are endangered, and could become extinct if people do not stop poachers who kill them (and all types of tigers), for their beautiful hides.
Siberian tigers are not extinct. They are one of the sub species of tigers that numbers are actually increasing, nearly 550 in the wild.
Yes it is possible to release Siberian Tigers into Alaska because the climate and terrain of Alaska is almost identical to Russia. Alaska has some of the same animals such as Brown Bears and Siberian Tigers would have many animals to hunt such as Mountain Goat and Moose, Caribou, Roosevelt Elk, Dall Sheep, American Bison, Sitka Black-tailed Deer and other small game like Hares and many other animals that live in Alaska. Alaska has many national state parks such as Denali National park. Release Siberian Tigers in places like Denali National Park where there are thousands of square miles of wilderness to roam and hunt and there are no people. I hope to see one day thousands of Siberian Tigers back in the wild where they belong with no threat of becoming extinct. This would be good because loggers in Russia are taking forests away from the Siberian Tigers' habitat. We in the USA could better protect the Siberian Tigers if released into Alaska's Wild. I know that Siberian Tigers are not native to Alaska but neither is the American Bison, and it was released into Alaska with excellent results. I think the same could happen with Siberian Tigers if given a chance. This was written by a person who has a passion for Siberian Tigers and would like not to see them endangered anymore.
yes I'm pretty sure that their in danger of becoming extinct :( but there are a few ways we could help them survive and not becoming extinct
of course they could but not now because they are extinct
You could stop pollution and littering
None.Siberian Tigers are apex predators.Siberian Tigers are among the top predators on earth, so they are not prey to any other animal (but if you are counting humans as animals, then humans could eat the Siberian Tiger).
it would be very unlikely that huskies (the breed of dog) could become extinct.
Sure they can, they are both members of the cat family and can easily interbreed but the chances of this happening in nature are slim given that White Tigers are Bengal Tigers which live in Northern Asia and the Siberian Tiger lives in Siberia and other parts of Russia. If you are asking whether a Siberian tiger could mate with a white Bengal tiger, then yes it could, but not in the wild. Scientists believe that when a white Siberian tiger is born, it is more likely to be the result of human intervention; Previously mating a Siberian tiger and a Bengal tiger, which carries the white gene, leaving offspring as carriers. see related link..
They certainly could, as the region is similar to their native habitat in Asia. But, they aren't native there.
There are six subspecies of tigers, which include the Bengal, Indochinese, Malayan, Siberian, South China, and Sumatran tigers. Each subspecies has its own unique characteristics and habitat, and they are all classified as endangered due to factors such as habitat loss, poaching, and human-wildlife conflict.
Since siberian tigers are faster and better hunters with good weight and length, the siberian tiger would have a chance to fight the grizzly bear off. In most situations, grizzly bears have been known to kill siberian tigers and siberian tigers have been known to kill grizzly bears. The grizzly bear will do anything to fight down the siberian tiger by using its claws, muscles, and teeth. Since a siberian tiger is good enough when its got its good body weight, then it could definitely win such a fight.
