Mexican People do not celebrate Halloween but they do celebrate a similar holiday called "Dias de los Muertos" or more commonly known as "Day Of The Dead". During this time Mexicans visit their families at their graves to celebrate their deaths. There is usually a huge celebration with candy and skulls that are decorated. People commonly bring symbols to honor their loved ones.
