dispatch
There is none. According to the Oxford Dictionary, both spellings are synonymous for all meanings of the word. However, 'dispatch' is more common in American English and 'despatch' seems to be more common in British English. It really comes down to a matter of personal preference.
I believe the correct spelling is "dispatch".
verb. despatch - send - send off - forward - consign - killnoun. despatch - message
As a verb, it means to send out - like "I dispatched my friends to hold a place in line while I parked." or "I always dispatch someone to put in our name in a restaurant as soon as we get there." As a noun, it means an outgoing communication - like "The king sent a dispatch to his generals." As an adjective (I think), it can also mean quickly - "He completed the task with great dispatch."
Service despatch software is used by companies in the service despatch industry for order management. Some features of the software are scheduling, inventory management and tracking.
When you are filling out an invoice and dispatch date, it is important to be as honest and clear as possible. The invoice date should reflect the date of purchase, and the dispatch date should reflect the date sent.

wood's despatch
Merchants Despatch was created in 1857.
Woods dispatch…………….. In 1853 the British Parliament, for the first time, instituted an enquiry into the state of Indian education. This resulted in the famous Wood's Dispatch of July 1854, proposing the establishment of Universities at Calcutta, Bombay and Madras whose functions were to hold examinations and coder degrees. The dispatch enunciated the aim of education as the diffusion of the Arts, Science, Philosophy and Literature of Europe. It laid down that the study of Indian languages was to be encouraged and that the English language should be taught wherever there was a demand for it. It also recommended that a number of high schools should-be set up for mass education.
