but Trushal this question is about New Delhi for heavens sake. All Delhi people speak hindi, and they are the only people who matter for this question seeing as it is about delhi police. Do you expect to receive imformative answers to this question from outside India? How riddiculous that we use only english to speak between people who speak hindi much better. Asking in hindi is a much better idea because it is people's mother tongue and actually people will provide better answers in the language they are more comfortable to write in. Dont you see that this kind of attitude that things are better written in English is just a silly post-colonial thing that us indians think that english is better than hindi?

And why doesnt someone answer op's question for heavens sake?
