I would not ride a motorcycle in the winter in Salt Lake City. They get a moderate amount of snow and a number of very cold days. No You Cannot From My Experience In The Winters It Would Be Pretty Difficult Nearly Impossible Considering As Much Snow Will Be On The Streets, And Also Due To The Drivers Who Cant Adapt To Snow (99%) ..So I Would Suggest Four Wheel Drive On Whatever You Get..Ive Lived In Utah For About 6 Years Now Im California, Havent Been Back Since. I Wouldnt Suggest Anyone To Go There Unless Retired Also
