It depends in part on where you live. If you're in Europe, small amounts of Vienna sausage should be fine as they're made of chicken, beef and sometimes rusk. However, in America, Vienna sausages are often sold in cans or jars - in which case, they're likely to have a very high salt content making them unsuitable for ferrets.
