I recently finished a six month intensive Cantonese course at Q-Language and the teaching and management staff there were excellent. There were students from all over the world studying a variety of languages including Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese and, in particular, English. It has to be said, the place has a really good vibe; there's a good balance between effective learning and social interaction between students and staff. You can get a feel for it by checking out the YouTube video below.
There are other places that do a variety of languages like Hong Kong Institute of Languages and Berlitz, but I went with Q-Language in the first place as they were the quickest and, frankly, most helpful with my initial enquiries. They also helped me to get a student visa, which was a big bonus for me. I have absolutely no complaints about my experience there and would recommend them to anyone.
