No. Leopards (Panthera pardus) are a species found in Africa, the Middle East and southern Asia.

You would however, find jaguars (Panthera onca) which are a bit smaller than leopards but look almost the same.

There are not any leopard species in Mexico. Leopards are native to most of the territory of Africa and tropical Asia.
