he will be chased to India and brought back to Dubai by the Dubai government by the new agreement between Dubai and India.

The person if contactable will be called and threatened. They will also be sent threatening email. Be sure of one thing that you will not be able to enter UAE unless you clear the outstanding. If the amount is huge then the the case will be given to the third party agency (local Thugs) for collection then it depends how you defend you self.

If the bank is holding a security cheque signed by you, it can initiate criminal proceedings against the defaulter for dishonoring the cheque (even in your home country) thou the non-payment had occurred in UAE.

They will eventually 'hunt you down' ! Even running away to Another Country, you have left a trail for them to follow. They will be able to find out when (and how) you left the UAE - and which country you travelled to. The UAE will most certainly have an extradition treaty with Pakistan - and will simply apply to the Pakistan justice system to have them find you - and return you to the UAE to face up to your responsibilities !
