Yes!!!!!!
I witnessed a family of one adult and for to five pups or babies in central Texas on the morning of 09JULY2022...! Yes, there are wolverines in the wild in Texas. Central Texas in Austin area of Texas, yes, without a doubt! I was in my car they were approximately 15 to 20 feet away from my car. They were there for about four minutes and left but came back for another five to six minutes and walked and away in front of my car. My car started to charge the battery and it startled two of the pups and they went into the tree that was nearby for about 15 seconds. They are present here in Texas! I didn't know they were rare in Texas so I didn't take photos or video.
