No, it is not legal to have blue LED lights on a motorcycle in the state of Tennessee. Many states in the US do not allow motorcycles to have blue LED lights.

There are no laws that it is illegal to have a certain color lighting , just that they meet regulation for size.
Im pretty sure its legal,but if they were strobing or flashing they could cause a distaction to drivers. When i was in PA and OH i saw some cars and motorcycles with steady beam led lights.. soyou should be fine.:)

If lighted belts and reflective vests and gear are legal, why would tire caps be? I'd use them until I got a ticket even if they weren't. Anything that makes you more visible could save your life.
