Mediterranean Coloration
Lebanese people have Mediterranean coloration. This coloration varies, but includes colors that might be mis-identified with a Southern German at their lightest and may be mis-indentified with Pakistani at their darkest. Nationalities with similar complexions include most Arabs, Southern Italians, Southern Spaniards, Turks, and other North Africans.
US Census Bureau: White
Most of these groups are characterized as "White" by the United States Census Bureau, regardless of how others may see them. This is primarily because the United States Census Bureau is not truly interested in noting differences between races and cultures other than White/Black/Hispanic. It is for this same reason that Indians, Thais, Indonesians, and Chinese are all grouped under Asian even though they do not look like each other at all.
There is no patron saint of caucasians.
caucasians are just white people.
Lebanese people themselves are divided into 2 major ethnic groups. 1- Whites or Caucasians , these are mostly Christian Lebanese that did not mix with the Arab invaders of Lebanon. Christian Lebanese are from Phoenician/Aramaic ancestry mostly found in Mount Lebanon, they mixed extensively with crusaders and other west Europeans. 2- Arabian/Turkish/African ancestry, those are mostly Muslim Lebanese. The Arab/Muslim invasion brought several dark skinned Arabians that settled on the Lebanese coast and mixed with Ottoman and North African invaders. Notes: Durzi people fall under category 1 5-7% of Lebanese are ethnic Armenians that moved to Lebanon after the Turkish genocide of early 1900s.

I am a Caucasian, and I have faced prejudice from non-Caucasians a few times, so I can safely assume that other Caucasians have faced some sort of prejudice as well. In my case, I think it was "revenge" for the prejudice of Caucasians in the past.
