Naruto isn't well recognised in the UK, probably because it's from Japan, and so you can only really get Naruto toys off the internet, E-Bay and stuff.
There are, however, shops called Forbidden Planet, which sells mixtures of things, sometimes Naruto merchandice. There's one in Bristol, you will have to Google for more.
It doesn't appear that Naruto toys are sold in shops in the UK. However, Naruto toys can be purchased online from Amazon.
