It is a technique used by the fictional Sith, of the Star Wars universe created by George Lucas. The name follows along the lines of powers such as ForcePush, ForceStorm, ForceJump, ForceHeal and the likes. The more powerful Sith Lords began to toy with what they could achieve using the force, and developed a technique that burnt a victim alive while at the same time turning him inside out. This resulted in a fleshy corpse that was char-grilled. This became the favourite way for these Sith Lords to feed their large canivorous pets, and was subsequently utilised as a tortue teqnique for those who have mastered control over it.
