DC means "Difficulty Class", a number that determines how hard it is to successfully complete and action. When you use one of your skills, you roll a 20-sided die and add your skill level to the result. Meanwhile, the Dungeon Master (DM) decides on a DC value (usually using the guidebook), but does not tell you what it is. When you tell the DM the result of your roll, he/she will tell you whether or not you succeeded, depending on if your roll exceeded the required minimum set by the DC.
If you're doing something that doesn't take much effort, such as using "spot" to see something obvious that is right in front of you, the DC is probably lower, and therefore the task is easier to complete. However, is you are doing something more challenging, such as using "climb" to scale a castle wall, the DC will be higher, and it is less likely that you will succeed.
She probably meant moats, as in, a body of water surrounding a castle or dungeon.
if you want to get all five dragons you have to get farther in the game when i say farther into the game i mean you have to beat the first disc and then you get all 5 of the dragons all of the Shu,Zola,Marumaro,Kluke, and (g)Jiro
If you mean in real life, you can't because dragons aren't real. If you are referring to a game you will need to specify the game.
The four dragons are emblished
If you mean the game itself, then check borders or the hobby shop, They will usually have a starter set. If you mean what you should get for your character, get a weapon.
