No, because the Big Blast isn't manufactured by Nerf. It's manufactured by Buzz Bee, Nerf's rivals. The Stampede is a much better weapon to buy.

P.S one last note, Nerf's refill packs are inferior to buzz bee refills because buzz bee darts are cheaper, head over to toys are us and get an air zone 200 dart refill, the quality of the darts are the same regardless if it is Nerf, buzz bee, or air zone. P.S (again) the air zone 200 dart refills are 30 bucks, Nerf darts for the same amount is at least 8 bucks higher.

Both. The pump-action on the Stampede will do the same thing as the Recon and Long-Shot have been doing all-along; load the dart. The only difference here, is that if you were to hold the trigger on the Stampede and cycle the pump, you will be able to fire as fast as you can.
