Sorry you can't make the wedding dress, but you can buy it from the Kinzstyle Shop when you buy real clothes for your real plush webkinz and then submit the code. Everyone says the sparkly jacket is unknown, but try using the tan suit jacket, sparkly pink bow, and tuxedo suit top. hope this helps.
