Sadly there is no 'MtG' playing app on the app store. Though there are two other options you can take, one is called "Decked", while it is a pricey penny, its a very good app, mostly used for creating decks, it has a testing feature that's somewhat similar to playtesting with a real deck. If you're just looking for something to do on a bus, I'd recommend an app called "Shadow Era", somewhat similar to magic, its the best tcg game on the iphone, and it has great connectivity with an online version, and best of all its free (besides buying packs or extra decks).
