Why was Angel Falls made?

Angel Falls is the world\'s highest uninterrupted waterfall and it is located in Venezuela. It is the centerpiece of the Canaima National Park and a major tourist attraction in the country. The waterfall stands at a whopping 3212 feet (979 meters) tall and is fed by the Churun River. Angel and his crew eventually returned to the falls and set up camp and it was during this trip that Angel named the falls after himself.
