I am not sure if he invented any scientific theory.... I heard that he invented and introduced a few schemes/ initiatives like "Sankhya Vahini", "20 th Centruy Gurukulams", RGUKT etc, supposed to be helping Indian and State Governments in conceiving new concepts to help his mother land. However, it is learnt from the ground that Sankhya Vahini was intended to do multi thousand crore business with India, 20 th century gurukulam was an utter failure and had to be closed down resulting in wasteful expenditure of public money and RGUKT is an experiment that is likely to fail due to absence of commitment from the leadership. It appears that some of the initiatives are serving the purpose of maintaining some sort of influence in India than doing any tangible good to India. The socalled service to mother land and wielding clout, without any responsibility in showing tangible results commensurate with the expenditure of public money needs to be seriously audited and accountability for failures need to be fixed on individuals.
