Not comfortably. Hollywood Studios and Downtown Disney are about 10 miles apart. Your best bet for getting from one place to the other is Disney transport.
It is very easy to spend an entire day at Downtown Disney. There are three areas: the Marketplace, Pleasure Island, and the West Side. In addition to restaurants and shopping, Downtown Disney is also home to a 24 screen movie theater, live event venues (House of Blues and Cirque du Soleil), and DisneyQuest (an "indoor interactive theme park"). Downtown Disney has a lot of shops for souvenirs, with a Disney twist, and the world's largest Disney Store. Several major retailers, like Lego and Harley Davidson, also have shops here. Restaurants range from quick service to themed full service restaurants like Dinosaur and the Rainforest Cafe. If you are on a budget, Downtown Disney may not be a good use of time unless you really enjoy browsing shops. Some guests prefer to only visit Downtown Disney for a half day and visit the theme parks or one of the spas (at the Grand Floridian or Saratoga Springs). You may also choose to visit Downtown Disney on the first or last day of your visit (when you generally have less time to fill).
Disney coupons have a lot of restrictions on them. Typically they limit to only certain places. If it say they are good at the Magic Kingdom then they cannot be used at Downtown Disney.
