The North Sea is the sea that most of the London coastline borders.
Most of the NE states of the USA border the Atlantic Ocean. A few of them are landlocked; Vermont comes to mind. Pennsylvania borders Lake Erie so I suppose it's not landlocked, but it certainly doesn't have any ocean coastline.
