You cannot see the Taj Mahal from space unless you have some kind of strong object similar to like a very powerful telescope, but if alone in space then no it's far too impossible to see from way up high from the ground.
Yep, you can. It's four hours each way and the road and trains are good. Except travelling in peak hour by road can take longer (5+ hrs). But the nicest time to be there is early morning or late arvo as the light is the best. But I'm a photographer and care a lot about light.

Yes. Tajmahal is 243 feet and Qutab Minar is 238 feet high. I am not sure about the exact difference but I clearly remember our guide having specifically mentioned that the Taj was taller than the Qutab Minar. This was way back in the year 1976
