In the traditional American dialects of the Appalachian and Ozark Mountains, wickerbill (alt. "whickerbill") is an old term for the foreskin of the penis. This has evolved into the term also being used as a pejorative (primarily in the south) for an unsophisticated rural/backcountry person, similar in use to "redneck."
